As I tell anyone who asks, I believe I have the best job in the world. As a school leader, I prioritize making all students feel welcome and creating the right setting for teaching and learning. We are proud to welcome all our new and returning students to learn and grow amongst their peers and with an exceptional group of staff members. For the 26 - 27 school year, we will be serving a diverse community of learners with approximately 750 in grades 6th through 8th.

Rancho has an outstanding team of adults who work hard every day to create a positive learning experience for our students. We lean heavily into showing our "Bronco Pride" through very explicit teaching of our school wide expectations supported by rewarding those positive behaviors. Rancho is a great place to learn and we are proud of our school.

It is our role during middle school to transition young students from elementary school to high school by providing foundational academic skills, supporting their wellbeing, and introducing themes around college and careers. We encourage students as they learn to self-advocate and help them build the self-confidence they need moving forward.

Rancho also has the designation of a true Community School where we have events and activities on our campus every evening and most weekends. We welcome all the positive energy here and look forward to getting to know the families of our wonderful students.
