What is the Bronco Well?

The Bronco Well provides a supportive environment on campus where students can access free and confidential social-emotional support. The Well provides short-term (6-12 sessions) school-based counseling. Additionally, it provides a safe-space for students to take a 7-minute break, complete a wellness check-in, and access community resources and programs. What are 7-minute breaks?

The purpose of the 7-minute structured break is to practice wellness coping strategies. You have options below, please choose while considering your needs.

- Fidget Stress Box - Play Dough - Sketching/Coloring - Puzzle - Bubbles (breathe in/out) - Journal - Sand Tray/Kinetic Sand - Reading - Diamond Art - Sit quietly
